How the Voices in Your Head (Human Design Definitions) Can Play Into Your Vulnerability to Narcissistic Gaslighting

1

::

Raven Scott: So how do we know

2

::

Raven Scott: if we are being gas lit? How do we know if we're making the right choice? When the narcissist

3

::

Raven Scott: constantly hounding us well in human design. It kind of gives us a bit of a tool to know

4

::

Raven Scott: of a little bit of a hint of where we may be falling prey to the narcissist's influences here.

5

::

Raven Scott: Okay, so we are going to talk about definitions. Kind of be more

6

::

Raven Scott: strange concept here in the human design chart. So, of course, if you

7

::

Raven Scott: have your chart going to have it in front of you, or your book and paths guide to rising strong and have that in front of you, because if you've probably colored in and if not, I'm reading from the book on page 107.

8

::

Raven Scott: This is a human design guidebook for self discovery.

9

::

Raven Scott: It's a brand new book, baby. You can get on Amazon.

10

::

Raven Scott: So definition.

11

::

Raven Scott: let's go over. What is the definition? And how does it affect us if, when we are being influenced by a toxic person.

12

::

Raven Scott: so your definition

13

::

Raven Scott: or your quote, unquote split

14

::

Raven Scott: type.

15

::

Raven Scott: refers to how many quote unquote teams or voices of energy centers that you have in your human design chart.

16

::

Raven Scott: There are 5 human design definition types. There is single split. triple, split. quadruple slit and no split. So in your chart

17

::

Raven Scott: you go to the top section. It's one of the major things labeled that says definition, and then a little either

18

::

Raven Scott: say single.

19

::

Raven Scott: it'll say split, it'll say triple, split, quadruple, split or no split. No split's very rare. I usually see

20

::

Raven Scott: single or

21

::

Raven Scott: split or triple.

22

::

Raven Scott: so these are determined by not by how many centers you have defined, but how your centers are connected through the lines running between your centers

23

::

Raven Scott: called channels.

24

::

Raven Scott: The reason this matters is, whenever 2 centers have a full colored in line between them, which is a channel. they are defined and have consistent flow or exchange of energy between the 2 centers.

25

::

Raven Scott: so they have a consistent way of talking to each other

26

::

Raven Scott: almost like a bridge between 2 islands. You can always go back and forth and chit, chat and talk to each other and interact versus

27

::

Raven Scott: 2 centers that don't have a bridge connecting them. There's no constant communication.

28

::

Raven Scott: So the single definition

29

::

Raven Scott: is, you have one channel connecting 2 defined centers.

30

::

Raven Scott: This means you have one team talking to you.

31

::

Raven Scott: You tend to process information quickly.

32

::

Raven Scott: You like to work alone, and you recharge during alone time.

33

::

Raven Scott: It's a little bit more introverted, and you can have company you have there certainly can have it, and you love to have a partner and friends. However, you feel complete on your own. It's not really needed. There's not a lot of codependency happening there.

34

::

Raven Scott: Now, if you have a split definition, you have 2 groups of centers connected by channels, but those 2 groups of centers are not connected by any other channel.

35

::

Raven Scott: This means you have 2 teams or voices talking to you. Since these teams are not connected by a channel.

36

::

Raven Scott: your ego tends to feel like you are missing something or incomplete without a partner to connect your disconnected centers. You take a little bit more time to understand your intuition than the single definition, because you have to wait for both teams to be on board.

37

::

Raven Scott: so it takes a little bit more time, which then gives the nurse assistant little bit more extra time to gaslight you? Right? So if you're staying.

38

::

Raven Scott: the biggest thing is that if you're staying in the conversation where the narcissist is selling you. When you start to get into these

39

::

Raven Scott: split definitions.

40

::

Raven Scott: triple and quadruple, it takes more time for you to make

41

::

Raven Scott: proper decisions.

42

::

Raven Scott: and you need that time away from the toxic

43

::

Raven Scott: salesperson.

44

::

Raven Scott: Now we go into the triple. So definition. you have 3 separate groups of centers connected by channels.

45

::

Raven Scott: So therefore, there are 3 teams or voices talking to you. There's 3 whole separate islands connected to each other. and it can be hard to understand yourself.

46

::

Raven Scott: because you feel you are 3 people with 3 different pathways.

47

::

Raven Scott: You need to be around many different people to feel fulfilled like in a big group setting

48

::

Raven Scott: you know, volunteering in different groups.

49

::

Raven Scott: all the all the things right. So just like the split definition, you are attracted to others that complete the missing energies. and you will feel bored and stagnant if you are around the same energy all the time.

50

::

Raven Scott: So again, there's a lot more confusion about who you are. What do I do? What path should I go on? And if the narcissist is convincing you to go on the path with them, or convincing that you are this person or that person. You should do this and that

51

::

Raven Scott: then, and their charms to work on you. Then, yeah, it can be really confusing. And you tend to go down the path that is sold to you by the narcissist versus the path

52

::

Raven Scott: that you and your soul is supposed to do by. and I'll share with you how to avoid this after we get through the definitions. then we have quadruple split.

53

::

Raven Scott: That means that you have 4 separate groups of centers connected by channels. This means that you have 8 to 9 centers to find.

54

::

Raven Scott: And this definition is rare. This means you have 4 teams talking to you.

55

::

Raven Scott: You need time and space to make sense of all these voices.

56

::

Raven Scott: so allow the wisdom of the centers to find you.

57

::

Raven Scott: They are consistent within you. but hard to hear with all the noise

58

::

Raven Scott: and the last one no split. That means that you have 0 groups of centers defined and connected by channels. Again. This is very rare, as it means that you have no centers defined.

59

::

Raven Scott: and therefore are probably a reflector.

60

::

Raven Scott: which is 1% of the population. This really means, allow yourself time for making sense of things, because all the voices are amplified

61

::

Raven Scott: from the outside, so that alone time is really key. So how do we? How do we guard ourselves up against being sold by the narcissist?

62

::

Raven Scott: So the number one thing is to find your own voice, which means find your own quiet time to be able to find your voice.

63

::

Raven Scott: take time outside of their aura to regain some clarity.

64

::

Raven Scott: Go back to your inner authority. How do you determine. What is your intuition telling you? Is it in your sacral? And you ask it? A yes or no question? And then that guttural

65

::

Raven Scott: feeling and sound pushes up into your throat.

66

::

Raven Scott: Do you feel through the emotional cycle of the highs middle lows, and then middle again, if you have that emotional inner authority.

67

::

Raven Scott: and then, if you have that ego or the self projected inner authority.

68

::

Raven Scott: then you need to talk it out and take some time away from the toxic Aura

69

::

Raven Scott: away from the person that you're confused about or confused by

70

::

Raven Scott: and like, I said, how do you determine?

71

::

Raven Scott: How to avoid keeping them from confusing you and you, you know, being around different people. I think for for me that biggest click.

72

::

Raven Scott: because I had triple definition of realizing that I was in a toxic situation or just unhealthy relationship was that I experienced in a different group, and setting completely outside of my comfort zone.

73

::

Raven Scott: How a relationship can feel it can feel peaceful, it can feel feel fun and laughter, and just

74

::

Raven Scott: word of

75

::

Raven Scott: most of all peaceful when you don't feel peace when you, when you kind of experience that, and have a different experience like, Oh, my gosh! You can actually

76

::

Raven Scott: have peace in life. Yes, you can have peace in life.

77

::

Raven Scott: And so if you're with someone who you never feel peace with, that is a big, big thing to really

78

::

Raven Scott: step back and Nsf.

79

::

Raven Scott: so the time it takes to come to this conclusion of you know what what you're selling me is Bs, and I'm not buying it. Then that time really is

80

::

Raven Scott: the time of self contemplation. understanding what your intuition is telling you through your inner authority.

81

::

Raven Scott: taking a time away to step back, reflect.

82

::

Raven Scott: and when you take too much time to think too much in your head, or you're inside that space. And you you're like, who am I? Which which path should I take? You know. Why is this not making any sense?

83

::

Raven Scott: You the first of all? It's the voices in your head right confusing you.

84

::

Raven Scott: And then, second of all.

85

::

Raven Scott: you know you need to find your completeness within your own self, within your own defined centers

86

::

Raven Scott: and within your own power, within yeah, your own theme and your power. So then you get to go to like what is my incarnation cross? Not that it might be the end. All be all solution, but it's like.

87

::

Raven Scott: what's my main theme? What's my superpower is typically that superpower is what the narcissist is trying to keep

88

::

Raven Scott: you down from having right. They're trying to push that down and turn that against you like. It's a bad thing.

89

::

Raven Scott: So time and space away from that person will help you, then be able to even listen to your own inner voices. Right? You don't need 5 Cajilian voices in your head. You already have

90

::

Raven Scott: 2 or 3. So

91

::

Raven Scott: this really is an important thing to kind of look at, and just also be aware of like, Hey, I need a little bit more time to make decisions. I already feel split in all these separate ways.

92

::

Raven Scott: Let me just invest in some alone time for myself, invest in that self care versus continuing to grind away or work at it, or

93

::

Raven Scott: think too much about it like, just don't work for a while, just take the whole day off and really allow yourself space away from the problem in order to gain clarity.

94

::

Raven Scott: So I gave you space in the book to journal, and of course you can drill in your workbook. But if you have the book. This is a great time to journal like, what is your definition? Take a look, look it up. You can find your free chart at Jobian, archive or geneticmatrix.com.

95

::

Raven Scott: How do you think this affects your decision making? Are you patient with yourself? If you have more than one definition?

96

::

Raven Scott: That's the other thing, too. Are you constantly confused about your 3 different? You know self

97

::

Raven Scott: feeling inside

98

::

Raven Scott: and go back to if you feel like you are 3 different people go back to for me. Since I have this triple definition, I can specifically tell you.

99

::

Raven Scott: Go back to who you are. Who am I?

100

::

Raven Scott: Hey? You know what for me, my Incarnation cross is dominion. That means I'm really darn good at whatever I put my mind to. And what do I need to focus on right now.

101

::

Raven Scott: It's not this thing that's. you know, not bringing me joy as a generator.

102

::

Raven Scott: It's not bringing me joy. It's dragging me down. I'm feeling bripped out. And I've only been doing it for 2 weeks. I'm talking about my doing, you know, video editing for Youtube.

103

::

Raven Scott: So therefore, focus back on what? What brings you joy? What did you start 3 years ago? Yeah, that's the podcast? Yes.

104

::

Raven Scott: Where do you feel like? You can then support, you know

105

::

Raven Scott: your family and your spouse? Yeah, by being that wife by being the mom. And then I'm super excellent at marketing. Now that I've been doing the podcast so that's where I need to focus my energy for my husband and his business.

106

::

Raven Scott: So really, just take the time to go back and revisit. Who are you? What's your incarnation cross? What are some really powerful gates

107

::

Raven Scott: and channels that you have connected? We can look them up on the Internet? There's so many blogs that talk about the channels.

108

::

Raven Scott: It is you said, 5, 30.
